Stra8 mRNA levels were also measured as an internal control for differentiation. Results are fold change values overexpression levels in untreated gonocytes and are expressed as means ± SEM of data obtained from 3 to 5 independent cell preparations, each sample performed in triplicate (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.001).
